Nottingham Year 6-7 Transition Portal Launch

The online Transition Portal provides an easy-to-use, secure, means of transferring key information from a pupil’s primary school to their new destination secondary school. The portal highlights pupils who may need additional support during transition, supports effective transition planning and ensures that every pupil is well known by staff at their new school. The portal is a fully-funded opportunity for Nottingham City schools and is proven to reduce practitioner workload, enhancing the transition process for schools and pupils alike.
We are offering launch events on a range of dates — we hope you can attend one that meets your needs. The sessions will take place online and will last for 1 hour.
